Why this meditation helps
Spiritual meditation invites the mind to remember inner qualities such as peace, love, clarity and connection.
A simple practice
Settle your body. Let the eyes soften. Take one breath in through the nose and one longer breath out. Say quietly: “I can meet this moment with steadiness.”
For the next few minutes, place attention on the breath leaving the body. When thoughts arrive, do not argue with them. Notice, soften, and return.
End by asking: What is the kindest next step?
